Business Getting Results

The Business Getting Results (BGR) Program is designed for business people who wish to improve a wide range of aspects of their business in a simple and convenient way. This continuous improvement program directs the participants' focus toward working ON versus IN their businesses.

BGR is a round table program comprised of business owners and key managers. The group meets once every four to five weeks fr just two hours to work on a different business idea or strategy. The BGR sessions are moderated by an experienced outside facilitator to maximize the effectiveness of the materials and draw upon the real life experiences of the participants.

As a group, we review and discuss the topic on hand and find ways to implement the strategies within the participants' businesses. One of the program goals is to not give participants' many things to think about, but rather a few things to actually do.

BGR members also have the opportunity to meet and do business with other BGR members who are business people just like themselves. This interactive program provides access to other business owners' thoughts, experiences and suggestions from which to learn, possibly the best value of all.
